Ordering & Payment

All orders are placed through our online shop and paid securely via PayFast. Orders are confirmed by email once payment is received. Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT.

Because our produce is farm-raised in small batches, stock is limited. If an item becomes unavailable after you’ve paid, we’ll contact you to offer a substitute or a full refund.

Delivery & Collection

• Collection: from the farm at 17 Muswell Road, Bryanston, by arrangement.
• Delivery: [areas covered, e.g. Johannesburg North / Sandton]. [Delivery fee or free-delivery threshold]. [Delivery days and order cut-off time]
• Someone must be available to receive perishable orders. If a delivery is missed, we’ll arrange a redelivery [at an additional fee].

Freshness & Quality

Our produce is free-range and raised using natural farming practices. We are not certified organic. Please refrigerate or freeze meat and eggs on arrival and follow the storage guidance on the packaging.

Returns & Refunds

Because we sell fresh, perishable food, we can’t accept returns of produce that is not faulty, or change-of-mind returns.

If something isn’t right — damaged, spoiled on arrival, or not what you ordered — please:

1. Contact us within [24/48] hours of delivery or collection.
2. Send a photo of the item and your order number to organic@rozvyestates.com or WhatsApp +27 76 912 6465.
3. Keep the item (refrigerated) until we’ve resolved it.

We’ll replace the item, issue store credit, or refund you in full — your choice. Refunds go back to your original payment method via PayFast and may take [5–10] working days to reflect.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order for a full refund up to [24 hours] before your delivery or collection slot. After that, produce may already be prepared for you and cancellation may not be possible.

Wine

Wine is sold only to persons 18 years or older. ID may be requested on delivery or collection, and we’ll withhold alcohol if age can’t be confirmed. Not for sale to persons under the age of 18.

Privacy

We use your personal information only to process and deliver your order and to respond to your queries, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We don’t sell or share your details with third parties, other than PayFast for payment processing [and our delivery partner]. Contact us anytime to access, update or delete your information.
